Description

This indicates an attempt to download a file segment via HTTP.
HTTP Segmented Download is commonly used by download accelerators to increase file downloading speed, by sending "HTTP range header" to retrieve multiple chunks of a file simultaneously. The signature detects such parallel downloads.
