This indicates detection of the OPC Unified Architecture (OPC UA) OpenSecureChannel Request command.
OPC Unified Architecture is a communications and data modeling standard for the exchange of information. It is a set of OPC specifications that unifies the older specifications into a new set. It provides the capabilities of Classic OPC and is backward compatible with it. It uses multiple data transportation methods like TCP/IP, HTTP and XML SOAP.
The OpenSecureChannel Service opens or renews a SecureChannel that can be used to ensure confidentiality and integrity for message exchange.
