Description

Supported versions that are affected are 5.5.46 and earlier, 5.6.27 and earlier and 5.7.9. Easily exploitable vulnerability requiring logon to Operating System. Successful attack of this vulnerability can result in unauthorized Operating System takeover including arbitrary code execution. Note: The CVSS score is 7.2 if MySQL client is run with admin or root privileges. Otherwise, CVSS score is 4.6 (Confidentiality, Integrity and Availability is Partial+).
