Description
This indicates an attack attempt against a remote Directory Traversal vulnerability in applications that handles TAR archive files.
The vulnerability is due to an error in vulnerable applications when handling a maliciously crafted TAR archive file. A remote attacker may be able to exploit this to get arbitrary files on the affected machine via a crafted TAR archive file.
