Description
This indicates an attack attempt against a format-string vulnerability in HD Soft Windows FTP Server.
The vulnerability is due to the processing of format string specifiers in the wscanf function. A remote attacker could execute arbitrary code on the system with the privileges of the victim.
Affected Products
HD Soft Windows FTP Server 1.6 and prior.
Impact
System compromise.
