This indicates an attack attempt against an integer-overflow vulnerability in the Microsoft Windows kernel.
The vulnerability is caused by an error when the vulnerable software handles TCP/IP structures that store the state of IGMPv3 and MLDv2 queries. It allows a remote attacker to execute arbitrary code via sending a crafted request.
