Description
This indicates an attack attempt to exploit a Buffer Overflow vulnerability in RealNetworks RealPlayer.
The vulnerability is due to an error when the vulnerable software attempts to delete a media file with a maliciously crafted file extension. A remote attacker may be able to exploit this to execute arbitrary code within the context of the application by enticing an unsuspecting user to delete a crafted media file.
