Description
This indicates an attack attempt against a Denial of Service vulnerability in Microsoft Windows TCP/IP stack URL based Quality of Service.
The vulnerability is caused by the TCP/IP stack's failure to properly handle long URLs in memory. A remote unauthenticated attacker can exploit this vulnerability by sending network traffic with specially crafted URLs to a vulnerable service.
