Fortinet Discovers Adobe Illustrator NULL Pointer Dereference Vulnerability

Summary

Fortinet's FortiGuard Labs has discovered a null pointer dereference vulnerability in Adobe Illustrator.


Adobe Illustrator is a vector graphics editor developed and published by Adobe Systems for macOS and Windows.


A denial-of-service vulnerability has been discovered in Illustrator by FortiGuard Labs. The vulnerability is caused by a flaw in parsing a crafted "CDR" file which causes a null pointer dereference. It could lead to application denial-of-service.
