Description
This indicates an attack attempt against a Denial of Service vulnerability in Triangle Research International (aka Tri) Nano-10 PLC devices.
The vulnerability is caused by an error when the vulnerable software handles a malformed Modbus/TCP packet. It allows a remote attacker to crash vulnerable systems via sending a crafted packet to tcp port 502.

Triangle Research International (aka Tri) Nano-10 PLC with firmware versions prior to r81.
Impact
Denial of Service: Remote attacker can crash vulnerable systems.
